J U D G M E N T

SHAFFIQUE, J.

This writ petition is filed seeking police protection, in the matter relating to a dispute regarding the conduct of a business. The petitioner's father was conducting a barber shop, in which he and his mother were raising claim.

2. The learned counsel for respondents 6 to 8 submits that civil suits were filed by both the parties ; wherein, the suit filed by the petitioner was dismissed and the suit filed by the mother of the petitioner was decreed, granting her right to run the business of barber shop.

3. Under such circumstances, we do not think that any direction as sought for is required to be passed.

W.P.(C)No.4454 of 2013 Hence, we dismiss this writ petition.
