J U D G M E N T

The petitioner is aggrieved by the non-issuance of the varied permit, which has been granted, the issuance of which is subject to settlement of timings. The petitioner is aggrieved by the delay in convening the timing conference, for settlement of timings.

2. The learned Government Pleader, on instruction, submits that the current records of the vehicle were produced only on 12.01.2015. In such circumstance, there is said to be no delay in convening the timing conference. The learned Government Pleader also submits that the next timing conference is scheduled to be held on 18.02.2015; on which day, the authority would make all endeavour to finalise the timings.

3. In such circumstance, there shall be a direction to the respondent that the timings are not

settled in the next timing conference scheduled on 18.02.2015, for reason of objections on the said day, shall expedite the settlement of timings.

Writ petition is disposed of.
