J U D G M E N T
The petitioners, who apprehend recovery action to be initiated by the respondents, have approached this Court through the present writ petition seeking a limited direction to the respondents to consider and pass orders on Ext.P6 objection, that has been preferred by the petitioners before it pursuant to Ext.P1 to P3 notices served on the petitioners.
2. I have heard Sri.George Sebastian, the learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri.Shyson P.Manghuzha, the learned Government Pleader for the respondent.
On a consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case as also the submissions made across the bar, I dispose the writ petition with a direction to the respondents to consider and pass orders on Ext.P6 objection, after hearing the petitioner, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. Recovery steps against the petitioner shall be kept in abeyance till such time as orders are passed by the respondents on Ext.P6 objection and communicated to the petitioner.
