JUDGMENT

The petitioner approached this Court on account of delay in implementing the Government Order produced as Ext.P2 by the Director of Public Instruction. By Ext.P2, the Director of Public Instruction was directed to review the matter and to approve the appointment if the students strength is sufficient and if otherwise the appointees are eligible. The petitioner is one of the appointees. 2.

It is submitted by the learned Government Pleader on instructions that the Director of Public instruction is taking steps to implement the order and posted hearing of the matter today to find out the students strength.

In view of the above, all steps pursuant to Ext.P2 shall be completed within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
