JUDGMENT

The petitioner has approached this Court with the following prayers:

" i). Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writs, orders or directions commanding the respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P3 application submitted by the petitioner for the issuance of P forms for the removal of clay, forthwith, without any further delay;

ii). Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writs, orders or directions commanding the respondent to issue P forms to the petitioner to remove clay from the properties, which was obtained by digging the pond, forthwith;

3. Grant such other reliefs as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

2. Heard the learned Government Pleader as well.

3. After hearing both the sides, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext.P3 preferred by the petitioner, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible, at the earliest, at any rate, within 'three weeks' from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

W.P.(C) No.1993 of 2015 Petitioner shall produce a copy of this judgment, along with a copy of the writ petition, before the respondent, for further steps.
