J U D G M E N T
This writ petition is filed seeking directions to the respondent to dispose of Exhibit P1 application and to assign provisional number to his house, pending adjudication of the dispute between the parties in a Civil Court. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that it is not clear whether Exhibit P1 has since been disposed of. In the above circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of, directing the 1st respondent to take up, consider and pass orders on Exhibit P1 representation, if it is still pending and no orders has been passed thereon, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
