JUDGMENT

Ashok Bhushan, Ag.C.J.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned State Attorney. No notice is being issued to 4th respondent in view of the order which is being passed.

2. By this writ petition the petitioner has prayed for a mandamus commanding the 1st respondent to provide proper and adequate police protection to the life of the petitioner and his workers engaged in operating the bus having registration No.KL-36-2602. Petitioner's case is that 4th respondent who was only granted temporary permit has unnecessarily interfered with the plying of vehicle by the petitioner which has already been sanctioned in his favour by the Court.

3. Learned State Attorney submits that 4th respondent was called to the police station and has already been warned not to create any obstruction. He submits that no information regarding obstruction is received thereafter.

WP(C)( No. 2004 of 2015 -:2:-

4. In the above view of the matter, we are of the opinion that no direction is needed. In the event any further obstruction is created, it shall be open for the petitioner to bring it into the notice of respondents 1 and 2.

With the above observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of.

Ashok Bhushan, Acting Chief Justice.

A.M. Shaffique, Judge.
