J U D G M E N T
The petitioner is the owner of a stage carriage, bearing Registration No.KL-24/G 7071, who was granted temporary permit on the route Ayoor - Charayam in the vacancy of a regular service up to 26.01.2015 and had made an application for re-issue of the temporary permit, by Ext.P2. Though the said application has been made, it is submitted that no steps are taken and the temporary permit already obtained would soon expire.
In such circumstances, there will be a direction to the respondent to consider Ext.P2 application of the petitioner in accordance with law, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. Writ petition is disposed of as above.
