J U D G M E N T

The petitioner, an employer, seeks consideration of the applications filed under section 26A of the Kerala Head Load Workers Act and Rules, which are produced at Ext.P2 series.

The petitioner seeks to appoint the applicants in Ext.P2 series as regular Head Load Workers in his establishment.

Since the prayer is confined to consideration, the respondent shall consider the same with due notice as provided in the Act and Rules within a period of four months from the date of production of the certified copy of the judgment.

Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.
