J U D G M E N T

The petitioner obtained a clearance certificate and admittedly has caused delay in producing the vehicle in the permit, from which the earlier vehicle was released on the basis of the clearance certificate.

2. The learned Government Pleader on instructions submits that, the current records of the vehicle ought to have been produced on or before 07.05.2014. The authority is also said to have issued notice for revocation of permit. In any event, the application is said to be posted for consideration on 26.02.2015. In such circumstance, no mandamus need be issued to the authorities.

The writ petition would stand dismissed. The consideration shall be made dehors the dismissal of the writ petition.
