JUDGMENT
The petitioner seeks a retransfer to his home station on the ground that he is to retire shortly on 30.06.2015. The fact that the wife of the petitioner is ill is another reason added to support the plea of transfer.
2.
The petitioner has in this regard submitted Ext.P5 representation with the second respondent. It is for the second respondent to consider whether a suitable posting could be given to the petitioner even during the pendency of the disciplinary proceedings.
3.
I direct the second respondent to consider Ext.P5 representation with notice to the petitioner. The needful shall be done within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
The Writ Petition is disposed of.
