J U D G M E N T

The petitioner is the owner of a stage carriage, bearing Registration No.KL-55/B 4146, who was granted temporary permit on the route Kadampuzha Temple-Perrinthalmanna in the vacancy of a regular service up to 25.01.2014 and had made an application for re-issue of the temporary permit, by Ext.P2. Though the said application has been made on 13.1.2013, it is submitted that no steps are taken and the temporary permit already obtained would soon expire.

In such circumstances, there will be a direction to the respondent to consider Ext.P2 application of the petitioner and issue temporary permit in accordance with law, within a period of one week from today.

Writ petition is disposed of as above.
