J U D G M E N T

The petitioner is aggrieved with the timing conference scheduled for stage carriage having Registration No.KL 54 E 1979 as per item No.9 in Ext.P4. The said timing conference is said to be scheduled pursuant to a judgment of this Court in W.P(C) No.28633/2014. The petitioner submits that in the guise of revising the timings of the said stage carriage, the petitioner's timings, settled as per Ext.P3, would be revised. There is absolutely no reason why such an apprehension should be expressed. The settled timings of a stage carriage cannot be altered when another's timings are settled. If there is any clash of timings, definitely, the petitioner would have a remedy before the appropriate authority. In any event, the petitioner seems to have filed an objection at Ext.P5 against the revision

sought for, in item No.9 at Ext.P4. Definitely, if an objection is raised, the same shall be considered when settling the timings of the other stage carriage. Writ petition is disposed of.
