JUDGMENT

The issue pertains to the regularisation of garage mazdoor in the second respondent Corporation. The same involves a policy decision of the first respondent before whom Ext.P9 is pending. I direct the first respondent to consider Ext.P9 representation within a period of three months. The same shall be done with notice to the petitioner and the second respondent Corporation. The second respondent Corporation is free to forward the necessary details to the first respondent in this regard.

The petitioner shall produce a copy of the writ petition with the judgment before the first respondent for compliance. The Writ Petition is disposed of.
