JUDGMENT
The petitioners in all these three writ petitions have a grievance that their cases for promotion have not been considered expeditiously. The respondent Bank has come forward with an explanation that the petitioners' case could not be considered in view of the interim direction issued by this Court in some other batch of writ petitions. Under these circumstances, this Court, through a common order dated 03.04.2012 clarified that the interim order granted in other cases shall not stand in the way of the petitioners seeking regular promotion.
2. In the light of the clarification issued by this Court, in course of time, petitioners' claims have been considered and they have been promoted.
WPC 5951/15 & con. cases In the facts and circumstances, both the learned counsel have been in unison in their submission that the writ petitions do not survive for further consideration. Recording the said submission of the respective counsel for the petitioners and the respondent Bank, this Court closes the writ petitions as having not survived for further consideration.
