J U D G M E N T

The petitioner is aggrieved with the nonconsideration of Ext.P2 application by which the vehicle in a regular permit was sought to be replaced by producing the current records of another vehicle.

2. The learned Government Pleader on instructions submits that, there is a delay in production of the current records and the current records were not produced within the time granted; when issuing a clearance certificate to the vehicle, which was running in the regular permit.

3. In any event, if the current records have now been received at the office of the RTA along with Ext.P2 application and the regular permit has not yet

been revoked, then the Secretary, RTA shall consider the same and allow it if there is no other legal impediment.

The writ petition is disposed of.
