J U D G M E N T

The petitioner's contention is that after retirement of the petitioner from the services of the 1st respondent, there was some revision of wages made effective to the employees of the 1st respondent, which revision was granted to retired employees also. The 1st respondent has admittedly paid the amounts due under such revision and has also deducted the Provident Fund contributions as per the Employees' Provident Funds and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952 and remitted the same to the Provident Fund Organisation. The petitioner seeks revision of pension in accordance with the enhanced contributions.

2. The issue is covered by Ext.P5 judgment. The very same directions shall apply to the petitioner's case

W.P.(C) No.2252 of 2015 - F also. The Provident Fund Organisation shall consider the matter and do the necessary within a period of two months from the date of issuance of the certified copy of this judgment in accordance with the directions at Ext.P5 judgment.

The writ petition is disposed of.
