JUDGMENT
Petitioner was appointed as UPSA in an aided school under the management of the 4th respondent in a leave vacancy. Petitioner submits that thereafter, she was reappointed in regular vacancy in the year 2005. The Manager sought for approval of the appointment of the petitioner. This was rejected by the third respondent. It is submitted that in the place of petitioner, 5th respondent was appointed without hearing the petitioner. Challenging appointment of the 5th respondent and seeking approval of petitioner's appointment, he preferred Ext.P6 appeal before the Deputy Director of Education, Kottayam/second respondent. Aggrieved by nonconsideration of Ext.P6 appeal by the second respondent, petitioner filed this Writ Petition.
2.
In view of the limited request for early disposal of Ext.P6, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to dispose of Ext.P6 within a period of two months after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and respondents 4 and 5. The Writ Petition is disposed of.
