J U D G M E N T
The petitioner has approached this Court with the following prayers:
"i.
To issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction to respondents No.1 to issue the petitioner with resurvey plan of 34 cents of property comprised in survey No 7279 of Puthuppally village so as to enable the petitioner to measure out her property and to determine its boundary as expeditiously as possible within such time fixed by this Hon'ble Court. ii.
Such other reliefs which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice."

When the matter was taken up for consideration on the last occasion, ie, on 27.01.2015, there was no representation for the petitioner and hence adjourned to this day. Today also, the position is not different. It appears that the petitioner has lost interest in the cause of action.
Dismissed for non prosecution.
