JUDGMENT
The petitioner has approached this Court with the following prayers:
"i) to issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, direction or order directing the respondents to grant the Dealer's License to the petitioner by considering Exhibit P1 application and issue the same, forthwith;
ii) to issue any other appropriate writ, direction or order which this Honourable Court deem fit in the circumstances of the case."
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the grievance of the petitioner has already been highlighted in Ext.P1 which is pending consideration with the first respondent and that the petitioner will be satisfied if a direction is given to the said respondent to have it finalised within a reasonable time.
3. Heard the Government Pleader also, who submits that, the competent authority to consider the application for Dealers License is the first respondent and as such, the matter will be considered and finalised within the shortest reasonable time.
