J U D G M E N T

The petitioner is aggrieved with non-scheduling of timing conference, to settle the timings in a varied permit, which has been granted on 14.11.2014. It is also submitted by the learned Government Pleader that the settlement of timings will be placed in the next timing conference scheduled on 25.02.2015. The authority shall endeavour to settle the timings on that date or within a period of three months from today, failing which, the varied permit shall be issued with the proposed timings, subject however, to settlement in a properly convened timing conference.

Writ petition is disposed of as above.
