JUDGMENT

The petitioner is an existing stage carriage operator, who has sought for the replacement of the vehicle in which he is operating. Pending consideration of the replacement application, he seeks for a consideration of temporary permit application. The application is seen filed on 13.1.2015. In the facts and circumstances, there shall be a direction to the respondent to consider the same expeditiously. Writ petition is disposed of.
