2.

By this writ petition, the petitioner prayed for a direction to respondents 1 to 3 to afford adequate and effective police protection to the petitioner and his family from the acts of violence by the 4th respondent.

3.

Learned Government Pleader submits that after receiving the complaint from the petitioner, the petitioner as well as respondent No.4 were called for a statement and from the statement it transpired that there is no threat of any kind from respondent No.4 and the petitioner has filed this writ petition only on an apprehension that some obstruction will be created in construction of the compound wall. We do not find any good ground to entertain the writ petition and hence, the writ petition is closed. Sd/- ASHOK BHUSHAN Ag. CHIEF JUSTICE Sd/- A.M. SHAFFIQUE J UDGE Jvt
