JUDGMENT
Petitioner submits that while she was working as a full time Hindi Teacher in MRUP School, Mattool, by clubbing arrangement, she was deployed in MIM LP School with effect from 18.08.2014 for two days in a week. However, it is submitted that one Subaida, a junior teacher to the petitioner was allowed to continue in MRUP School, Mattool. Petitioner's grievance is against clubbing arrangement to another school. Petitioner submits that since junior is available, deploying a senior is unjust and unfair. Feeling aggrieved by the said deployment, petitioner preferred Ext.P5 revision before the second respondent.
2.
In view of pendency of the above, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to dispose of Ext.P5 revision within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, aforesaid Subaida and Manager or any other affected party.
The Writ Petition is disposed of.
