======================== W.P.(C). No. 2324 of 2015 -------------------------------------------- Dated this the 6th day of February, 2015
JUDGMENT
The petitioner has approached this Court with the following prayers:
"i.
Direct the 2nd respondent to accept the land tax amount from the petitioner in respect of the property lying in Sy. No.52 (subdivision-13, 18, 19) in Block No.6 of Chinnakanal Village, Udumbanchola Taluk, Idukki.
ii.
Issue a writ of certiorari or any other appropriate order or direction quashing Ext.P2 issued by the second respondent."
2. When the matter came up for consideration on 22.1.2015, there was no representation for the petitioner. Today also the position is not different. It appears that the petitioner has lost interest in the cause of action.
The writ petition is dismissed for non prosecution. P.R. RAMACHANDRA MENON, JUDGE.
