JUDGMENT

When the matter was called yesterday, there was no representation for the petitioner.

The learned Standing Counsel pointed out that there had been persistent absence on the part of the petitioner on previous occasions as well. Accordingly, the matter got listed today under the caption "For Orders", yet once again none appears for the petitioner.

In the facts and circumstances, the writ petition is dismissed for non prosecution.
