JUDGMENT
The petitioner and her children are in ownership and possession of .04320 Hector of land in Re.Sy.No. 188/5 as per partition deed No.2558/1995 of Kuzhalmannam SRO. The property devolved on the petitioner and her children after the death of petitioner's husband. The petitioner submitted an application for issuance of purchase certificate before the respondent and the same stands numbered as S.M. 685/2013. Ext.P7 has been filed for early hearing and disposal of the same. Nothing has transpired in the positive and hence the writ petition.
2. Heard the learned Government Pleader as well.
3. After hearing both the sides, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the respondent to finalize the 'suo moto proceedings' as above, in accordance with law, after hearing all the parties concerned immediately. Necessary certificate, if any, shall be issued at the earliest, at any rate, within 'four months' from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
The petitioner shall produce a copy of the judgment along with a copy of the writ petition before the respondent for further steps. P.R. RAMACHANDRA MENON, JUDGE.
