J U D G M E N T

The petitioner, proprietor of "Sharon Enterprises" seeks consideration of the applications filed under Rule 26A of the Kerala Head Load Workers Rules, 1981, which are produced at Exts.P2 to P5.

2. The petitioner seeks to appoint the applicants in Exts.P2 to P5 series as the regular Head Load Workers in his establishment. Since, the prayer is confined to consideration, the respondent shall consider the same with due notice as provided under the Act and Rules, within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this judgment.

Writ petition is disposed of.
