J U D G M E N T
The petitioner is aggrieved by the non settlement of the timings in the varied route, the permit of which has been issued vide Ext.P1 dated 19.7.2014.

The learned Government Pleader submits that the timing conference was first convened on 9.12.2014 and then on 24.1.2014, but however adjourned without settlement of timings.

If the timings are not settled within a period of three months from today, then the petitioner shall be issued with a varied permit on the proposed timings, subject, however, to finalisation in a properly convened timing conference.
