JUDGMENT

Petitioners claim to be protected teachers under the third respondent school and they are deployed to other schools on working arrangement. The issue pertains to staff fixation order for the year 2014-2015. Ext.P1 is the staff fixation order. As against Ext.P1, the Manager preferred an appeal before the first respondent. Ext.P2 is the appeal. Petitioners also appear to have made representation by way of Ext.P3 before the first respondent.

In view of pendency of Ext.P2 appeal before the first respondent, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to dispose of Ext.P2 appeal filed by the Manager after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners and the Manager within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

The Writ Petition is disposed of.
