JUDGMENT
Ashok Bhushan, Ag.C.J.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader. No notice is being issued to respondent Nos.7 and 8 in view of the order which is being passed.
2. Petitioner had earlier come up with a writ petition [W.P.(C) No.20506 of 2014] against the 8th respondent which was disposed of by this Court on 08.08.2014 observing that as the petitioner has already submitted a complaint, the Police shall look into the complaint, appropriate action, if necessary, be taken. Now in this writ petition apart from 8th respondent, petitioner has also impleaded the 7th respondent against whom allegations of threat have been made.
3. Learned Government Pleader, after obtaining instructions submitted that after receiving the complaint filed by the petitioner, they have investigated the same and it was revealed that there are no threats as on date by 7th respondent to the petitioner.
WP(C) No. 2453 of 2015 -:2:-
4. In the above view of the matter, we see no reason to issue any direction in the matter. However, we observe that in any event if any offence is committed or there is any attempt to commit offence, it is always open for the petitioner to file a complaint before the police authorities and the police authorities may look into the same and take appropriate action. With the above observation, the Writ Petition is closed. Ashok Bhushan, Acting Chief Justice.
A.M. Shaffique, Judge.
