JUDGMENT
Shaffique, J.
Petitioners have approached this Court alleging harassment by police. According to the petitioners, the 3rd respondent has filed a complaint stating that his daughter has eloped with the petitioners' son and unnecessarily petitioners are being summoned to the police station.
2. Learned Government Pleader submits that in a Habeas Corpus petition filed by the 3rd respondent as DP(Crl) No.88 of 2015, a direction has been issued by a Division Bench of this Court on 16.01.2015 directing the petitioners to produce the daughter of 3rd respondent before the Court on 30.01.2015. Police authorities are also directed to see that directions are complied with. It is submitted that police authorities have to conduct investigation in the matter based on the aforesaid direction issued by this Court and it is not harassment.
3. Perusal of the order of this Court indicates that there is no harassment as alleged by the petitioners whereas
WP(C) No. 2487 of 2015 -:2:- police authorities are conducting investigation in order to comply with the directions issued by this Court. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed.
