J U D G M E N T
The petitioner who was faced with recovery action from the respondent bank, in connection with a loan that was availed by him from the said bank, has approached this Court seeking the grant of instalment facility for effecting repayment of the loan amount. When the matter came up for admission, it was noticed that the petitioner had already approached this Court on an earlier occasion through a writ petition, which resulted in Ext.P1 judgment whereby the petitioner has granted the facility of instalment to discharge the liability to the bank. It is now submitted that the petitioner did not honour the direction in the said judgment and has not effected any payment to the respondent bank in terms of the said judgment. Under the circumstances, I do not see any reason to entertain the present writ petition. The same is accordingly dismissed. A.K.JAYASANKARAN NAMBIAR JUDGE mns/
