JUDGMENT
The petitioner was appointed as UPSA in an aided school under the second respondent. The appointment had not been approved by Ext.P5 order. The petitioner seeks for an early disposal of Ext.P7.
In view of the above, there shall be a direction to the third respondent to dispose Ext.P7 appeal after hearing the petitioner and the Manager within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment The writ petition is disposed of as above.
