J U D G M E N T
The petitioner is aggrieved with the non-consideration of the temporary application filed at Ext.P3. The petitioner admittedly, had permit Ext.P1, in which the variation was sought for by Ext.P2. The variation sought for according to the petitioner is only for extension in two trips without any curtailment and without reducing the trips as per the settled timings in the regular permit application.

The learned Government Pleader on instruction submits that, the applications for varied permit and the temporary permit were filed on the same date ie. on 06.11.2014. The application was considered on 11.11.2014 and 12.12.2014 and the Secretary, Regional Transport Authority, is said to have called for the report of the Field
W.P.(C) No.2620 of 2015 - B Officer.
3. In such circumstance, the application for varied permit shall be considered expeditiously and in the meanwhile, the temporary permit application shall be considered and issued within a period of two weeks, if there is no legal impediment.
The writ petition is disposed of.
