JUDGMENT

Today when the case was taken up for final hearing, the learned Standing Counsel for the 1st respondent/Bank on instructions submitted that the petitioner has cleared the entire dues in respect of the loan account which is the subject matter of the Writ Petition. Then the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that recording the said submission made by the learned Standing Counsel this Writ Petition may be dismissed as infructuous.

In such circumstances, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
