JUDGMENT

The petitioner is working as Assistant Gr.I under the Kerala State Beverages Corporation Limited at FL1 shop, Meenangadi in Wayanad District. Ext.P5 is the transfer order dated 11.12.2014. By Ext.P5 order, the petitioner has been transferred from Kalpatta to Meenangadi. The petitioner made a request by Ext.P7 that he may be either retained at Kalpatta or transferred to Mananthavady. The petitioner submits that he is the native of Padinjarethara Panchayath and Mananthavady is only 15 kms away from his house and Kalpatta is only 20 kms away from his house. However, it is submitted that Meenangadi is about 32 kms away from his house. The petitioner also submitted that he has been frequently transferred from one place to another without

W.P.(C) No.2633 of 2015 2 following the transfer norms. The petitioner highlighted his grievance by Ext.P7 before the third respondent. In view of Ext.P7, there shall be a direction to the third respondent to consider Ext.P7 after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. The writ petition is disposed of as above.
