JUDGMENT

It is submitted that the petitioner has already deposited the sum of `50,000/- (Rupees Fifty thousand only) in compliance with the interim order in this writ petition. The balance amount due to the second respondent bank shall be paid in eight equal monthly instalments starting from 31.03.2015. 2.

The coercive steps pursuant to Ext.P1 notice shall be put on hold if the petitioner complies with the conditions in time. The coercive steps shall surge ahead if the petitioner commits default in the payment of any one of the instalments. The Writ Petition is disposed of.
