JUDGMENT
The petitioner has approached this Court with the following prayers :
"I. Issue a writ of certiorari or any other appropriate writ, order or direction quashing all the proceedings, including the decisions reflected in Exts. P10 and P11, taken by the respondents 1 to 3 to conduct re-selection to the Kerala State Taekwondo Team in the category of 62 Kg. - 67 Kg. To participate in the National Games - 2015 II. Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order, direction commanding the respondents 1 to 3 to permit petitioner to participate in "Taekwondo' in the category of 62 Kg. - 67 Kg. as a member of the Kerala State Taekwondo Team in the National Games - 2015 III. Issue such other or direction as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper, including the cost of the proceedings."
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in response to Ext.P10,
W.P.(C) No. 2735 of 2015 : 2 :
the petitioner appeared for fresh selection exercise on 02.02.2015 and in the course of such proceedings, the petitioner proved her mettle and has been selected to represent the State under the "67 Kgs." category. The factual position as above is stated as correct by the learned standing counsel appearing for the Kerala Sports Council as well.
In the said circumstances, the writ petition stands closed, as no further orders are called for.
