J U D G M E N T
The petitioner has approached this Court alleging that no action has been taken to implement the order passed by the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Adoor as per Exhibit P3.

The learned Government Pleader submits that the order has been implemented on 07/03/2015. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Tahsildar, who was directed to implement the order has not complied with the entire direction. 3.
This Court is of the view that the petitioner is free to bring to the notice of the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Adoor about any laches. The Sub Divisional Magistrate, Adoor is free to consider the same and see that the order is implemented in its full spirit and purport. The writ petition is disposed of as above. No costs.
