J U D G M E N T

The petitioner seeks only a change in the departure time, which is said to be at 05.10, which is identical to that in Ext.P1. The petitioner contends that it clashes with other services. However, the petitioner was entitled to raise such contention before the authority, when revision was sought and if the petitioner is aggrieved by such revision, the petitioner could have agitated the timings before the Tribunal. This Court does not find any reason to direct revision of timings which was settled by Ext.P2 on 20.02.2014, especially since, the petitioner has been operating his service on the said timings for about an year. The writ petition would stand dismissed.
