JUDGMENT

The petitioner sought for affiliation with respect to a course which was sanctioned by the All India Council for Technical Education [AICTE] for the academic year 2008-09. No interim orders were passed in the writ petition. In such circumstance, there is no point in keeping the writ petition pending. The writ petition is, therefore, dismissed as infructuous. The contentions of the petitioners are left open for any subsequent year(s). Sd/- K.Vinod Chandran Judge.
