JUDGMENT
The petitioner is aggrieved with a timing tentatively settled for the service of the 2nd respondent, by Exhibit P2. Both the petitioner and the 2nd respondent are operating between Kannur and Thrissur.
2. Since Exhibit P2 itself specifically stated that the timings settled on the 2nd respondent by that order, is tentative, the petitioner has filed an objection, Exhibit P3, before the 1st respondent.
3. In the above circumstance, if Exhibit P3 objection is received in original by the 1st respondent, then a timing conference shall be convened in respect of the service of the 2nd respondent, expeditiously, and the petitioner's objection shall be considered in the timing conference so scheduled.
The writ petition is disposed of as above.
