JUDGMENT

The petitioner is aggrieved with the non consideration of temporary permit application in which he contends that he has remitted the money as per the receipt produced along with Ext.P2 temporary permit application.

However, the learned Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that no application has been filed. The learned counsel for the petitioner, however, asserts that the filing of the application is evidenced by Ext.P2. It is to be noticed that the money has been deposited in the Public Facilitation Centre and not in the Office of the Department. In such circumstances, there can be no assumption that the application itself has been filed.

The writ petition would stand dismissed.
