JUDGMENT
The petitioner, a candidate included in the ranked list prepared by the PSC for the post of Assistant Depot Engineers in the KSRTC, has filed this Writ Petition seeking a declaration that the KSRTC is duty bound to fill up the existing vacancies of Assistant Depot Engineers with the candidates from the said ranked list prepared and published by the PSC on 26.9.2012 and for other consequential reliefs. 2.
By order dated 29.1.2015, this Court directed the KSRTC to report the notified vacancies in the cadre of Assistant Depot Engineer to the PSC within a period of two weeks.
3.
Today, when the case was taken up for further consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner would point out that the petitioner has already been advised in one of the vacancies and as such he is not having any subsisting grievance.
In such circumstances, this Writ Petition is closed since no further orders are required.
