JUDGMENT

The petitioner confines her relief to easy instalments to repay the amount due to the first respondent Bank. The first respondent Bank points out that a sum of Rs.4,90,726/- (Four lakhs ninety thousand seven hundred and twenty six only), in due and that the period of the loan expires in July 2015.

2. I permit the petitioner to pay the amount due in ten equal monthly instalments starting from 20.2.2015. The coercive steps as against the petitioner shall be put on hold if the conditions are complied with as directed.

3. The second respondent bank can continue the coercive steps if the petitioner commits any one default.

The writ petition is disposed of.
