JUDGMENT

The petitioners have approached this Court with the following prayers:

" i) Issue a writ of mandamus or other appropriate writ order or direction directing the respondents to allow the petitioners to practise Electropathy Electrohomeopathy.

ii) Issue a writ of prohibition restraining the respondents from interfering with Electropathy/Electrohomeopathy.

Iii) To grant such other relief which this Honourable Court may deem fit under these circumstances."

2. Heard the Government Pleader also.

3. The learned Counsel for the petitioner places reliance on Ext.P3 judgment and seeks to extend similar benefit to the petitioners as well.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the 2nd, 3rd and 4th respondents not to interefere with the practice of petitioners, if the practice of Electropathy/ElectroHomeopathy by the petitioners is not prohibited under any
