The petitioner who retired from service on 31.8.2014 seeks disbursement of monthly pension and other terminal benefits. The petitioner relies on Ext.P3 memorandum to contend that the period of leave availed without allowance shall be reckoned as qualifying service for pension. Ext.P2 representation submitted in this regard is pending consideration with the first respondent.
2. I direct the first respondent to consider Ext.P2 representation within a period of two months. Needless to say that the benefits eligible to the petitioner shall be disbursed without further delay. The Writ Petition is disposed of.
