JUDGMENT

The petitioner is aggrieved with the non-publication of the re-valuation results.

2. The learned Standing Counsel for the University submits that the results would be declared at any rate by 1st week of April, 2015. The learned Standing Counsel also submits that in fact the supplementary examinations and the regular examinations were held together in November, 2014 and the centralised valuation is being carried on.

3. In the above circumstances, the undertaking of the University that the results would be published at any rate by 1st week of April, 2015, is recorded. If the petitioner applies for confidential mark-list, then the same shall be considered if the same is filed after the tabulation work.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
