J U D G M E N T

Consistently there is no appearance for the petitioner.

2. I have heard the learned Counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent and the learned Government Pleader.

3. The prayer in the writ petition is for consideration of Exts.P3 and P7 representations.

Exts.P3 and P7 representations relate to the regularisation of the leave period between 2008 and 2013 and the Voluntary Retirement Scheme (V.R.S) application submitted by the petitioner. A counter affidavit has been filed by the 2nd respondent producing Ext.R2(a), wherein the period between 01.04.2008 and 31.03.2011, in which the petitioner had absented herself allegedly for medical grounds has been regularised as Leave Without Allowance.

4. The further prayer for V.R.S will have to be considered by the Government on the strength of Ext.R2(a) order. In such circumstance, there shall be such a consideration, if the petitioner makes a representation before the Government. The same shall be considered within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this judgment. The writ petition is disposed of.
